Payroll Manager

📍 Location: Lagos, Nigeria

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments while maintaining full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Administer statutory deductions, including PAYE, Pension, NHF, and NSITF.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll accounts, and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to improve payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory remittances.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is an added advantage.
