Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to support engineering operations, equipment maintenance, and project execution within a dynamic industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvement strategies
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities
Support project planning, execution, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and maintenance records
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and maintenance practices
Proficiency in engineering software and technical reporting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
COREN certification or relevant professional membership will be an added advantage
